At a loss for words.

Just finished reading over the proof copy of my book, “I Put the Can in Cancer: A Journey Through Pictures.” Two years in the making, more than 150 images and text by yours truly. Awesome photos by Concetta Barbera and amazing design work by Joe DiDomenico. I am an extremely fortunate dude, on so many fronts, particularly in the friends department. Look for more regular posts about the book, it’s upcoming release, lectures, signings and art shows for the remainder of 2011 and into 2012. Happy beyond words!

And in case you missed the interview I did with CEO and Chief Visionary Officer Kathy Davis, you can see it here. Kathy was gracious enough to write the forward to the book.

This book would not have been possible without the assistance of both the UArts Faculty Enrichment Grant and the UArts Pre-College Programs Professional Development Grant.

  2. Wow! I’m very excited for you and can’t wait to find out where I can buy it. It’s a subject that is close to my heart. So glad you’re doing such great work.
